Artists
Not only is it a cinch to keeping artist information and documents centrally stored and organized, the Artwork Manager supplies you with artist-related data in a way that provides valuable marketing insight. Each artist record includes:
- BASICS - Store basic information such as the artist's address and contact information here.
- AGREEMENT - Settings related to Consignment Agreements are entered here.
- COMMISSIONS - Consignor commission records related to this artist are viewed here.
- RETURNS - Generate a Return to Artist form.
- CV/DOCS - Store/edit the artist's biography, statement, reviews, and more.
- DISPLAYS - Control the appearance of this artist's page on your website.
- STATS - Statistics show all buyers of this artist's work, all contacts interested in this artist's work, Percentage of sold/unsold artwork by the artist, their popularity on your website, and more.
- ARTWORK - Quickly displays a list of all artwork in your system by this particular artist.
Artist documents can be stored and readily updated in the format(s) of your choice: .doc, .pdf, .txt. or html.
Additionally, each artist has their own Artist Keywords area that allows you to define a keyword list for each artist to help maximize search engine indexing for your website.
When you return artwork to and Artist or Consignor, Artwork Manager provides you with a Return to Artist form for the Artist/Consignor to sign, acknowledging receipt of the returned artwork. Upon return of artwork, the inventory record will be updated automatically to indicate the work is no longer in stock, and noting the date of return.
