| Consignment Forms provide you and the consignor with documentation which spells out details of the gallery/consignor relationship. Define the start/end dates of the consignment period and articulate the terms and/or special situations for each consignor.
Variables set by the gallery are dynamically integrated with the invoicing function. When artwork is sold, the commission due to the consignor is calculated based upon the Consignor Agreement. The amount paid to the consignor can be calculated on either a percentage or flat-fee basis and is included in the Cost of Goods Sold report.
