Contact Reports
Your contact data is thorough and thoroughly flexible when it resides in the Artwork Manager. Our Contact Search function lets you pull together lists of contacts pronto. Set filters for as few or as many criteria as you like:
- Customer Type
- Category
- Qualities
- City/State/Postal Code/Country
- and much more
and you'll be seeing the results of your search straightaway.
Several standard Contact reports reside in your Artwork Manager, including Buyers, Subscribers, Mailing Labels, Purchase history and more.
Custom reports can be created via the Registrar, and then saved in your Data Library and run any time in the future. The resulting report will return results based on the current state of your database.
At any time you can download all of your Contact information in either .csv or .xls format, and view it as a spreadsheet. Your data is secure and flexible, so you can do what you need to with it.
