e-Commerce for your Website
Your website can be a salesperson who never sleeps. With e-Commerce on your site, you can offer secure online ordering of artwork and/or catalogs and books every day of the week. The e-Commerce function is fully integrated with your inventory, and you can select those works you wish to have available for purchase via e-Commerce. It doesn't have to be all or nothing.
When a customer makes a purchase at your website they are walked through a simple process where they enter billing and shipping information. Then they submit payment via Secure Socket Layer encryption where the purchase is approved. Purchasers may pay by Credit Card, Check or PayPal at your website. E-mail notifications of online purchases are sent to both the gallery and the purchaser. Purchasers are able to login to an Order Page and see their new order and track its status.
When you are ready to ship the order and you've obtained a tracking number for the shipment, simply update the status of the order, and the purchaser will be able to check for details of their item(s) in transit.
