Inventory Reports
So many questions about inventory, and so little time to get the answers. That's not the case with Artwork Manager on the job.
Our Advanced Search function lets you find artwork fast, fast fast. Just set filters for as few or as many criteria as you want:
- Artist Name
- Consignor Name
- Medium Type
- Media
- Location
- Collection
- Sold/Unsold
- and much more
and you'll be seeing the results of your search in a jiffy.
In addition to standard inventory reports residing in your Artwork Manager, you can create custom queries using the Registrar function. These custom queries can be saved to your Data Library and run again any time you like. Queries saved in your Data Library are dynamic and the resulting reports will reflect the current state of your database.
Reports can be viewed online, printed out, or exported in .csv or .xls format to be viewed as a spreadsheet.
