Tracking Client Correspondence
The Messages section provides gallery staff with a record of email correspondence between the client and the gallery.
Any time some sends Email correspondence from your website, it is stored on the Messages page of the sender's contact record, as well as being received in your regular email inbox. If the sender is a new to your gallery, the Artwork Manager will automatically create a Contact record for them and store the correspondence accordingly.
Any time you send email to a contact from within the Artwork Manager, the correspondence is also stored on the contact's Messages page.
When you send out a bulk email through Artwork Manager, the Messages page is automatically updated for all recipients. Plus, our bulk email report drills down to the level of individual recipient activity, allowing you to see a person's response to a bulk email. Did they open it? Did they link to your website? Did they change their email subscription? Now you'll know.
