| Creating professional looking Invoices is easy in Artwork Manager. Invoices may be printed with your logo or printed directly onto your letterhead stationary. Print as many copies as you need - for the client, for the gallery, for the bookkeeper, etc...
There are two Invoice layout options:
1) Standard Invoice which allows you to include several items being purchased on a single invoice.
2) Single Item Invoice which features a larger image of the one item being purchased.
An email is automatically sent to designated gallery personnel regarding recent invoices. If you choose, you can email your client and/or anyone else you designate an email with a link to view the invoice online.
