| The Invoicing function facilitates orders/sales made in your physical gallery via the QuickSale-TM function and/or sales made through your website via Ecommerce.
Once you generate an invoice, the Artwork Manager automatically updates the buyer's purchase history and the artwork inventory record, as well as calculating any amount due to a consignor. If an image of the sold artwork appears on your website, it will automatically be either designated as sold on the website OR removed from the website, depending on the preference you have set.
Invoice reports are readily exported to 3rd-party accounting packages or used independently.
