Sales and Purchase History

Knowing the purchase history of your most active clients is critical. Within a client's Buyer Info tab, you'll see every purchase a buyer has ever made at a glance, and the total amount the client has spent with the gallery.

Each contact record has a Sales area which gives you access to complete details for every invoice associated with the client. You can see at a glance:

  • the gross amount each client has spent with the gallery
  • Invoice status (Paid in Full, Outstanding Balance)
The Sales area is also where you can:
  • apply payments to those Invoices which have an outstanding balance
  • update the Shipping status to indicate Carrier, Expected arrival date, shipment tracking number
