The Setup Process
Once you've successfully paid your setup fee, the following happens:
- Welcome Packet is emailed to you along with the Terms of Service.
- A support/training representative calls you to determine a good time to begin walking you through using the Artwork Manager. 4 hours of training is included in your Setup Fee.
- Your Artwork Manager is setup within 1-business day. If you've selected a Standard Website we will need you to provide your Logo, Color Palette and layout preferences. If you've selected a Custom Website we will schedule a design brief to review objectives and create a project within your Artwork Manager with a detailed Scope of Work and cost estimate that you can then review and approve.
- User Login Accounts are then setup for the Site Administrator. This primary representative in your organization (usually the owner) is then capable of creating additional user login accounts for staff members.
- If you would like us to import existing data like contacts, artist or artwork details we'll need a sample of your data set so that we can provide you with an estimate that you will be able to review and approve within your Artwork Manager.
And that's it. We want you up and running as swiftly and smoothly as possible so that you can begin realizing the benefits of your gallery management system immediately!
