| Our Terms of Service agreement is a month to month agreement, automatically renewable each monthly billing cycle. You own the data and we lease the software.
The key terms are:
- You may cancel at anytime.
- You may export your own data at anytime.
- Upon leaving, we will provide you with a CD of your Website deisgn, artwork images and all of the data applicable data in the form of .XLS format.
- We reserve the right revoke services to any particular client for any reason.
- We do not allow explicit pornography.
- We do not store sensitive information such as Credit Card or Social Security numbers, nor do we accept responsibility in the event a new or prospective client were to send us sensitive information.
