| Enter Consignors into your system and associate them with the artwork they have consigned to your gallery. Each consignor has their own settings for commission percentage, maximum discount the consignor agrees to split with the gallery, pay day, etc... The percentage settings can be over-ridden in those instances when you prefer to pay the Consignor a flat fee upon the sale of artwork.
When using the QuickSale invoicing feature the commission due to the consignor is automatically calculated, taking into account the maximum discount, as well as any reimbursable amounts which might be due to either the gallery or the consignor.
All percentage settings can be over-ridden in those instances when the gallery prefers to pay the Consignor a flat fee upon sale of the artwork.
