| As soon as an order has been processed, via ecommerce or QuickSale-TM, an automatic email is sent to designated gallery personnel, and anyone else you choose, confirming the purchase details. You can also choose to send an email notification to the purchaser with a link to view their invoice online.
Orders/Invoices are instantly added to the purchaser's SALES tab, where you can reference all past orders, including detailed information on each order. If a purchase is to shipped, you can update the order status indicating the carrier, tracking number and expected arrival date. When an order is shipped you have the option of sending an email notification to the purchaser inviting them to login to review the details of their shipment as well. |
